Bryson is the Founder of SCYTHE, a start-up building a next-generation threat emulation platform, and GRIMM, a cybersecurity consultancy, and Co-Founder of the ICS Village, a non-profit advancing awareness of industrial control system security. He is a Senior Fellow at the National Security Institute and Adjunct Senior Technical Advisor for the Institute of Security and Technology. As a U.S. Army Officer, he served as a Battle Captain and Brigade Engineering Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before leaving the Army as a Captain. He is recognized as a 'Top 50 in Cyber' by Business Insider, 'Security Executive Finalist of the Year' by SC Media, was awarded 'Tech Titan' twice and is the 2023 SANS Difference Maker Award Winner for Innovator of the Year.

Lesley Carhart is the Director of Incident Response for North America at the industrial cybersecurity company Dragos, Inc., leading response to and proactively hunting for threats in customers' ICS environments. Prior to joining Dragos, Lesley was the incident response team lead at Motorola Solutions. Following four years as a Principal Incident Responder for Dragos, Lesley now manages a team of incident response and digital forensics professionals across North America who perform investigations of commodity, targeted, and insider threat cases in industrial networks. Lesley is also a certified instructor and curriculum developer for Dragos' incident response and threat hunting courses.
Speaker: Nicholas Carroll, Cyber Incident Response Manager, Raytheon
Nicholas Carroll serves as the manager of cyber incident response at Raytheon. In this role, he leads a team of incident response and cyber threat intelligence professionals, supporting threat hunting and monitoring operations for a diverse range of clients, including major healthcare organizations, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Carroll has served in roles from the help desk to CISO and teaches cybersecurity boot camps at different colleges. Outside IT, he is a certified screen-printer.

Jeremiah leads Rapid7's Managed Services and Product Delivery initiatives. This includes Product Management, UX and Design, and overseeing the delivery and operations teams for Rapid7’s Managed Services offerings, Strategic Consulting services, and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) partner strategy. Prior to joining Rapid7, he served as a Vice President in Stroz Friedberg’s Incident Response practice and led FireEye’s Managed Services business for the Americas. Earlier in his career, Jeremiah supported the United States Government. During this tenure, he consulted with SAIC and Booz Allen, and served as a program leader for various federal agencies. He holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.S. in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Tom brings an unparalleled level of operational knowledge and experience, as he has been working in the Operational Technology (OT) field for almost three decades.
